This is a six week course designed to aid you in tapping into your inner truth and authenticity through creativity. The outcome is that you feel more connected to you who are and your truth by accessing parts of yourself that come out in creation.
First you will uncover your creative block, so you can find your inner truth so you can become authentic and then you can live as your fully embodied true self.
WHAT YOU GET
This 6 week program includes 60 minutes per week with me; including encouragement, exploration of different techniques, and weekly assignments (hold this term lightly, but also do them) to help you open up to the creative genius inside of you.

My goal is to encourage people to find and nurture their inner artist and create for the sake of creation. We’re talking go all out, heartfelt, make it because it feels good to make it creation and not making things that need to be pretty or sellable or good enough for someone else. We’re talking art from the gut - whatever your medium may be. And through this creation and play and allowing your inner child to come out, you learn how to express yourself and stand in your power as a beautiful whole human being.
The art does not have to be tangible - as long as it is something that you truly TRULY enjoy creating. Want to write? Great. Graphic design? Awesome. Drawing? Painting? Sculpting? Miniature fairy gardens? Hell yes.
MY STORY
I've always been artistic. I began to knit and write poetry at age 12, and have yet to stop. Over the years I have dabbled in dance, painting, pottery, macrame, crochet, photography, weaving, writing, theater, sewing, graphic design, dyeing, soap-making; you name it.
I find that the creative process that goes into making far outweighs the final outcome for me, and my best thinking happens when I am working with my hands. There is no inspiration like creation.
Recently, I hit a wall in my life and felt called to do something bigger, something more expansive and impactful - so I am using the skills I have accrued over many years of play to bring this to life. To share what I have learned and help others find their inspiration through creation.
